• Soul-Winning Records: Information you submit about souls won (including names, contact details when provided, dates, notes, and anonymous submissions).

• Mission Participation: Information related to missions you accept or participate in.
• Technical Information: IP address, browser type, device information, and basic usage data needed to operate the Platform.

3. Publishing of Content

By submitting testimonies, prayer requests, or soul-winning reports, you understand and agree that the Ministry may use and publish this content (with or without your name) in connection with its mission, as described in the Terms & Conditions.

We do not sell your personal information.

• With authorized Ministry leaders, desk users, and chapter leaders as needed to operate the Platform
• With service providers who help us run the Platform (under confidentiality obligations)

• In connection with a transfer of ministry operations (if ever applicable)

5. Data Storage and Security

Information is stored on the Ministry’s servers and systems. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we maintain. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We retain information for as long as needed to operate the Platform, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, and meet legal or ministry record-keeping needs. Some information may be retained indefinitely as part of the Ministry’s historical and mission records.

• Because of the ministry nature of the Platform and the Terms you agreed to, some submitted content (such as testimonies and soul-winning records) may not be deletable once submitted.

8. Children’s Privacy – 18+ Only

The Platform is strictly limited to users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Platform with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
