Terms & Conditions

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and Acts of Faith Ministries (also known as ARB Ministries, “Ministry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms also protect every officer, director, leader, staff member, volunteer, desk user, chapter leader, and agent of the Ministry (collectively, “Protected Parties”).

Fire Chapters is a ministry platform made available to individuals who wish to connect with and participate in the Ministry’s soul-winning mission. By creating an account or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you are joining a ministry platform and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Platform.

1. Eligibility – 18+ Only

The Platform is intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use the Platform or create an account. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to register or use the Platform.

2. Ownership of All User Content

All information, data, testimonies, prayer requests, soul-winning records, personal details, notes, photos, and any other material you submit, upload, or input into the Platform (“User Content”) becomes the sole and exclusive property of Acts of Faith Ministries the moment it is submitted.

You irrevocably assign, transfer, and convey to the Ministry all right, title, and interest in and to all User Content worldwide and in perpetuity, including all intellectual property rights. You also waive any moral rights, rights of attribution, and rights of publicity to the maximum extent permitted by law.

3. Right to Use and Publish Content

You grant the Ministry a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, publish, publicly display, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit any User Content for any purpose related to the Ministry’s mission — including public posting, social media, printed materials, video, training, reports, and internal use — with or without your name or likeness, at the Ministry’s sole discretion.

Once content is submitted, you have no further right to control, edit, demand removal, or restrict its use.

4. Data Storage

You acknowledge that all data and User Content is transmitted to and stored on the Ministry’s headquarters servers and related systems. The Ministry may retain this data indefinitely for operational, archival, and mission purposes.

5. No Expectation of Privacy in Submitted Content

Any content you voluntarily submit (including testimonies, prayer requests, and soul-winning reports) is not private. The Ministry may freely use and share such content. While the Ministry uses reasonable security measures, no system is completely secure.

6. Assumption of Risk and Release

You voluntarily assume all risk associated with using the Platform and submitting content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you fully and forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Ministry and all Protected Parties from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action of any kind arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Platform
• Any User Content
• Any data breach, unauthorized access, or accidental disclosure
• The publication or use of any testimony or report
• Any action or inaction by the Ministry or Protected Parties

This release includes claims for negligence, emotional distress, defamation, invasion of privacy, and reputational harm.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” THE MINISTRY AND ALL PROTECTED PARTIES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER THE MINISTRY NOR ANY PROTECTED PARTY SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL.

THE TOTAL COMBINED LIABILITY OF THE MINISTRY AND ALL PROTECTED PARTIES SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Ministry and every Protected Party from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information
• Attempt to access accounts or data you are not authorized to access
• Use automated means to scrape or collect data from the Platform
• Interfere with the proper operation of the Platform
• Use the Platform for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Harass other users or Ministry personnel
• Allow or assist anyone under 18 to use the Platform

The Ministry may suspend or permanently delete any account and remove any content at any time, for any reason or no reason, at its sole discretion, without notice and without liability.

11. Account Termination

The Ministry may suspend, restrict, or permanently delete your account and any associated data at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ends immediately. The Ministry may retain User Content indefinitely.

12. Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved exclusively by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Polk County, Florida.

You and the Ministry waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. Claims may only be brought in an individual capacity.

You must file any claim within one (1) year after the event giving rise to the claim, or the claim is permanently barred.

Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property rights or to prevent unauthorized access to the Platform.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to the arbitration clause, any court proceedings shall take place in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Florida.

14. General Provisions

• If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Ministry regarding the Platform.
• Failure by the Ministry to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
• These Terms protect the Ministry and every individual connected to it.

15. Acceptance

By checking the box indicating that you agree to these Terms & Conditions during registration, or by continuing to use the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in full, and that you are at least 18 years of age.
